     From the people who invented the color sounder comes the SI-TEX CVS-833 and CVS-833C, the latest in a long line of trend setting fishfinders designed to give you super-sensitive targeting of the fish below. They are the ONLY dedicated sounders on the market with Large 8" daylight viewable display! The brilliant 16-color 8" TFT LCD color display has 640 x 480 pixel resolution and selectable contrasting background colors for outstanding daylight and nighttime viewing.

     The CVS-833 and CVS-833C feature 50/200 kHz dual frequency operation, and a unique Mix Mode that helps highlight small targets such as individual bait fish, targets that may go undetected by more conventional sounders. The CVS-833 has 600 watt RMS with eight selectable range scales from 10 to 2,000 feet, and the CVS-833C boast 1000 watts RMS with eight selectable ranges scales from 10 to 4,000 feet.

   The easy rotary switch design facilitates lightning-quick mode changes as well as gain and range settings. The split-screen displays normal and bottom view modes or dual frequencies. There's a bottom discrimination mode, too, which expands bottom images to better determine hardness.  An A-Scope displays instantaneous imaging of fish echoes and bottom detail directly under the boat. 

     When connected to the optional receiver, the CVS-833 and CVS-833C can display boat position in Lat/Lon or Loran-C LOP.  Connect it to the optional SPEED/TEMP inputs, and it will display boat speed, trip mileage and water surface temperature.
