The new SI-TEX e-LORAN Integrated GPS/Loran Receiver Sensor offers extraordinary repeatability and unprecedented digital signal processing on a newly designed compact yet powerful DSP platform. The e-LORAN combines its own Loran measurements with the GPS measurements, and outputs an integrated position solution, taking full advantage of the strong points of both navigation systems. Heading output using Loran-C provides bearing accuracy better than 1º, making the e-LORAN a practical alternative to more expensive heading devises.

The e-Loran sensor connects to the SI-TEX ColorMax Series, Navmate, Explorer Plus, TrawlPlot 12 Charting Systems and the P-Sea WindPlot software to allow you to accurately return to those Loran-C fishing locations. Can provide improved autopilot performance and when interfaced with integrated SI-TEX navigation system can stabilize radar overlay.

Outputs independent Loran positions, enhanced by the use of ASF tables where available.
